Description

  • Respond promptly to messages received via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms;
  • Answer phone calls and provide initial information;
  • Conduct interviews with training participants and ensure their placement into appropriate groups;
  • Accept payments from participants attending the academy and coordinate with the finance department;
  • Accurately enter and continuously update participant information in the system;
  • Monitor the progress of trainings, track participant lists, and ensure their accuracy;
  • Maintain precise records of all training-related information and reports;
  • Coordinate communication between trainers and participants;
  • Oversee the readiness of training rooms and technical equipment;
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management.

Responsibilities


  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative roles or training-related fields;
  • Experience working in the education sector or training organizations;
  • Experience managing various communication channels (WhatsApp, social media, email);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good command of English;
  • Fluent and effective communication skills in Azerbaijani;
  • Basic knowledge of financial operations and payment processing;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
