Description
- Coach cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, data science) on Scrum principles, roles, and execution discipline.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead agile transformation efforts across product streams — standardizing ceremonies, metrics, and delivery practices.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce pragmatic solutions to improve flow, predictability, and team autonomy.
- Introduce agile health diagnostics, retrospectives, and improvement cycles at team and portfolio levels.
- Collaborate with leadership on scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, or custom hybrid models) suited to multi-team coordination.
- Champion a culture of ownership, experimentation, and relentless improvement.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years in agile environments, including 2+ years as a Scrum Coach or Agile Delivery Lead in a product-driven software company.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically in fast-paced product orgs.
- Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams (ideally across complex, data-intensive software platforms).
- Strong grasp of engineering and product delivery workflows. ▪ Exceptional facilitation, influence, and servant leadership skills.
- Certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile, or equivalent
