Description
- Maintaining tax accounting correctly, completely and on time in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Recording transactions involving raw materials, materials, semi-finished goods and finished products in the accounting system in line with Azerbaijani legislation and the company's accounting policy;
- Reflecting production output transactions accurately in the system and making the related production accounting entries correctly;
- Calculating product cost accurately, allocating production costs in accordance with the accounting policy, and monitoring this process;
- Reconciling warehouse records with accounting data, coordinating the investigation and resolution of any discrepancies, and taking part in inventory counts;
- Overseeing the correct recording and approval of incoming e-invoices and import transactions in the information system;
- Registering fixed asset purchases, sales, write-offs, internal transfers and other related transactions in the information system correctly and on time;
- Contributing to the preparation and submission of tax returns in line with legislative requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a production;
- Solid understanding of industry-specific accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal controls;
- Knowledge of 1C 8.3 accounting ERP;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Flexibility to travel for business as needed.
