Description
- Operational efficiency: analyze production data and identify root causes of downtime and inefficiencies;
- Cross-functional collaboration: serve as a liaison between departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to promote alignment and systemic problem-solving. Lead change management Initiatives;
- Manager’s work standard (MWS) governance: roll out, audit, and coach manager’s work standards across shift and line leadership;
- Autonomous maintenance & centerlining: timely develop and update CIL (cleaning, inspection and lubrication) and CL (centerline) documents. Enforce site compliance for CIL routines and CL;
- Changeover optimization: lead brand changeover analysis and shorten brand changeover durations. Standardize conversion procedures and parameter adjustments to eliminate post-changeover speed dips, startup waste, and stabilization delays;
- Breakdown & process failure elimination: direct structured breakdown elimination and process failure elimination methodologies (e.g., 5-Why, RCFA). Target and eliminate top losses;
- Defect handling: manage the site defect handling framework. Drive tag logging, prioritize defect resolution backlogs, and implement countermeasures against recurring defects;
- DDS governance & action tracking: audit and coach shift DDS and module DDS routines. Ensure seamless escalation of shift issues into active action management trackers to close operational gaps;
- Capability building: coach shift supervisors, line leaders, and technicians on production management system tools, quick-changeover discipline, and continuous improvement mindsets.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in operations, project management or continuous improvement. FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Key competencies: strong analytical capability and change management skills.
- Languages: native/fluent Azerbaijani; strong proficiency in English.
