Description

  • Supervise and lead the front office team to provide excellent guest service with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a smooth process for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a calm and helpful approach.
  • Train, support, and motivate front office staff to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the front office.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with reports, billing, and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Education: University diploma. A degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in front office roles, with 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
  • Ability to handle guest issues and solve problems with a positive attitude.
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. A
