Description

  • Issuing, receiving, processing, and managing claims at all stages.
  • Analyzing the causes of claims and developing and implementing measures to minimize and prevent recurring issues.
  • Preparing and sending official requests, responses to claims, and other business correspondence.
  • Collaborating with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, commerce, accounting) and external partners to resolve disputes promptly.
  • Monitoring the timelines and quality of claim issuance and review, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
  • Developing and updating internal guidelines and procedures related to the claims management process.
  • Generating and analyzing reports on claim activity: claim dynamics, root causes, resolutions, and proposals for process improvement.
  • Participating in and initiating changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Representing the company's interests in resolving complex claim situations and disputes.

Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years of experience in claims management or a related field (logistics, customer support, legal).
  • Education: preferably in law or finance.
  • Proficient in using computer software (Excel, Word, data management systems).
  • Azerbaijani and Russian languages are must, English is an advantage
  • Proven team management experience: task setting, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
  • Excellent business correspondence skills, including preparation of official documents and analytical reports.
  • Ability to analyze complex cases, develop, and implement systemic solutions.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in cross-department collaboration and ability to coordinate interdepartmental processes.
