QA/QC Engineer

·       Preparing material approval document, method statement document and Quality Control plans/procedures.

·       Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports;

·       Supervision and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and collect and file the required quality records.

·       Provide daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard and constructively confronts non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner;

·       Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications by direct review and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary;

·       Cooperation and implementation of relative corrective actions, NCR, etc. Systematically records the nonconformity or event reports issued and identify appropriate corrective actions.

·       Manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications.

·       Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives.

·       Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.

·       Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation within responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion.

·       Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes as described in project specific contract documents;

·       Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project;

·       Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems; Maintain the project "as-built" drawings on a daily basis;

·       Assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-builts and warranties.

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Experience working in construction and fit-out work is preferred.

·       Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in similar position.

·       Fluent in English, Azerbaijani.

·       Must be proficient with MS Office applications
