Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and organization of storeroom
Monitor stock usage and assist in preparing purchase requests as needed
Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with different hotel departments to provide requested items on time
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel standards in the storeroom
Report damages, shortages, or any irregularities promptly
Assist in cost control by minimizing waste and monitoring stock rotation (FIFO method)
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas

Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the hotel industry (minimum 1 year)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Language skills: Azerbaijani (required); Russian and English are a plus
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of inventory management procedures and systems
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel inventory software is an advantage
Attention to detail, responsibility, and honesty
Physical ability to lift and move stock items when required
