Serve as the main point of contact at the reception desk, greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate office logistics, including scheduling meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and preparing materials for internal and external meetings.
Oversee visitor registration, security procedures, and coordination of official visits when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area and common spaces in an organized and presentable condition.
Support office supply management, including tracking inventory and placing orders.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and staff activities.
Prepare simple reports, maintain records, and update contact directories as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or receptionist roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in Azerbaijani, proficient in Russian and English.
