Business Analyst (GIS)

Engage with customers to gather, document, and prioritize GIS-related requirements;

Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and company technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery;

Drive implementation of GIS business processes and workflows in alignment with project goals;

Prepare and maintain business process documentation in Azerbaijani and English;

Conduct gap analysis of current GIS processes and recommend improvements;

Support testing and validation of GIS applications to ensure accuracy and usability;

Prepare business and technical reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders;

Provide training and guidance to end users on GIS tools and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;

Minimum 3 years of experience in GIS processes and tools, with prior experience on GIS projects;

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
