Monitor and operate HES, MDMS, and WFM portals to ensure continuous system functionality;
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders;
Identify, log, and resolve system and operational issues in coordination with technical teams;
Support and guide field operations teams in troubleshooting and resolving customer-related cases;
Track alarms, incidents, and system alerts, ensuring timely escalation and resolution;
Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and documentation for compliance and audits;
Coordinate with customer contact center teams to handle escalated issues efficiently;
Contribute to process improvements in CCC workflows to enhance monitoring and response times.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
Minimum 3 years of experience in command and control center operations or related monitoring roles;
Hands-on experience with HES, MDMS, WFM, and customer contact center applications/software;
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and report preparation;
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian preferable).
