Manage end-to-end contract management processes
Oversee system and data management to ensure accuracy and integrity
Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal and external audits
Monitor and track key CRM metrics, including customer complaints, new connections, and service performance
Support the team in monitoring compliance and operational processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve customer experience
Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data across CRM, ERP, and billing systems
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on CRM performance for management
Recommend process improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction and service delivery
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and/or operations
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong knowledge of data analytics, ERP systems, CRM software, and billing software platforms
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
