Site Engineer

Plan, monitor, and guide field teams for meter installation and commissioning activities

Verify work quality and ensure compliance with technical standards and safety practices

Oversee functional testing and integration with HES/MDMS systems

Troubleshoot on-site installation and communication issues promptly

Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution

Prepare as-built Bills of Quantity (BoQ) for materials used in meter installation (e.g., offset meter swivel, pipe nipple, hex nipple, etc.)

Maintain accurate progress reports and address field challenges efficiently

Ensure timely material availability and manage site inventory effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ field supervision experience, preferably in AMI, metering, or gas distribution projects

Strong knowledge of hardware used in the oil and gas industry, particularly in distribution

Solid technical understanding of gas metering and communication technologies

Safety-focused mindset with strong adherence to industry standards

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are a plus
