Survey Supervisor

Supervise and validate field surveys, including capturing customer, meter, geolocation, and network data

Ensure survey data accuracy, completeness, and proper digital record-keeping

Coordinate survey schedules with field teams and project managers

Monitor compliance with safety protocols and data privacy standards

Prepare and submit survey reports, highlighting discrepancies and resolutions

Provide guidance to field teams to improve data collection efficiency and quality

Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements to survey methods

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Surveying, or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in field surveys, metering, or data collection projects

Familiarity with GPS/DGPS/GIS tools and basic cellular network concepts

Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in field environments

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are a plus
