Hostess

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests upon arrival at the restaurant. They are responsible for greeting, seating, and managing reservations in a friendly, professional manner while ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. The Hostess plays a key role in customer service, communication, and maintaining an organized front-of-house operation.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with seating arrangements.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
