Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and hotel standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor food inventory, minimize waste, and support effective cost control.
• Train, guide, and support junior kitchen associates.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure operational excellence.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in a 4–5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to supervise a kitchen section and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Culinary education or professional certification is an advantage.
