Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Support team members and ensure smooth daily bar operations
Tələblər
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during late hours
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
