- Managing reservations and maintaining an organized waiting list
- Informing guests about available seating options and estimated wait times
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the restaurant and menu
- Coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth seating flow
- Handling special guest requests (e.g., birthdays, dietary seating preferences)
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
Tələblər
- Proven work experience as a Hostess or in any customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attentiveness and patience with guests
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; English and/or Russian is a strong advantage
- Neat and professional appearance
