- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
- Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and organization of storeroom
- Monitor stock usage and assist in preparing purchase requests as needed
- Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with different hotel departments to provide requested items on time
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel standards in the storeroom
- Report damages, shortages, or any irregularities promptly
- Assist in cost control by minimizing waste and monitoring stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas
Tələblər
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the hotel industry (minimum 1 year)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (required); Russian and English are a plus
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management procedures and systems
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel inventory software is an advantage
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and honesty
- Physical ability to lift and move stock items when required
