Process new, lost and expired ID cards, name badges, medical cards.
Ensure that all colleague letter requests are processed within 3 working days.
Generate status change letters in line with approved status change forms.
Coordinate colleague medical examination appointments for new joiners Pre employment and post-employment (medical checks for food handlers)
Maintain up to date disciplinary action records
Coordinate exit interview bookings and associated data entry.
Coordinate and maintain colleague communication initiatives (designated noticeboards, posters etc)
Organize and requisition HR stationery supplies.
Maintain supply of HR forms.
Support colleagues with basic HR-related requests, such as accommodation or timesheet queries, maintain a customer service oriented and supportive HR function.

Professional level of Azerbaijani, English (Russian would be a plus)
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in hospitality field is preferrable
