Monitor, receive, and control all incoming documents and correspondence.
Assist the Managing Director with administrative and operational tasks.
Oversee cleanliness of the floor and supervise the cleaning staff.
Control schedules of meeting rooms and coordinate bookings.
Coordinate and order office supplies, schedules, and daily operations.
Support internal communication between departments.
Organize meetings, events, and appointments as needed.
Handle confidential information carefully.
Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations.
