Waiter

• Always provide exclusive, sincere, and professional services to customers.
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to the established execution standards and the service sequence determined for the Food and Beverage department.
• Politely and effectively respond to all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Be knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the Food and Beverage department's menu and take guest orders for meals and drinks.
• Prepare the Food and Beverage department for operation, including decorating the surroundings, setting up tables, cleaning tasks, and performing other assigned duties.
• Use the Food and Beverage department's cash register-payment terminal as specified.
• Ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded, following the established procedures for issuing, canceling, or adjusting checks in the Food and Beverage department.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Clean tables and take dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Perform assigned tasks related to the opening and closing of the facility.
• Demonstrate flexibility in meeting guests' special requests regarding the preparation methods and ingredients of special dishes and drinks.

•      Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred;

•      Flexibility to work in shifts;

•      Strong verbal command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;

•      Ability to work in a team, being friendly, flexible, and communicative.
