Cost and budget control

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost and Budget Control position at AGA Group in Baku City.

The role involves:

• Assist in creating annual budgets by gathering financial data and collaborating with various departments.
• Regularly review expenditures and compare them with the approved budget.
• Identify variances and investigate the reasons behind over- or under-spending.
• Analyze spending patterns to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure that all financial activities comply with organizational policies and external regulations.
• Monitor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to prevent overspending.
• Identify areas for cost-saving and implement measures to reduce unnecessary expenses.

• Cost Control and Cost Accounting skills
• Analytical Skills in financial data
• Experience in Finance and Cost Management
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
