• Conduct research on various projects and analyze key details
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Assist your Executive with time management
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
• Assist with the preparation, editing and formatting of documents, presentations and spreadsheets

• Higher education in Management or Economics
• Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Experience in Business Development and the IT field is preferred
• Willingness to travel for international business trips
• Strong communication, teamwork and coordination skills are essential
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Jira, MS Project)
