Maintain and update employee records in EMAS and SAP;
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and HR documentation;
Open Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP for HR-related payments;
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and assist with reporting and audits;
Monitor leave, attendance, and contracts; register changes per legal requirements;
Respond to employee queries on HR matters and escalate when needed;
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field;
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or operations;
Working knowledge of Azerbaijan Labour Law;
Prior experience or training in SAP HR and/or EMAS systems is an advantage;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus);
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
