Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs/ITTs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best quality and value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
İdentify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement plans with business needs.
Developing PSCM sourcing and sector strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable Suppliers.
Support PSCM process in terms of obtaining required goods and services.
Negotiating with Suppliers to secure advantageous contractual terms.
Reviewing existing contracts with Suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
Preparing procurement reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a medium- to large-sized company.
Technical knowledge of machinery, vehicles, equipment, and related systems, including the ability to identify, select, and manage spare parts, components, and consumables.
Technical knowledge of repair and maintenance (R&M) consumables and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) materials.
Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and conducting supplier negotiations.
Communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
In-depth understanding of supplier evaluation, risk management, and cost analysis.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or 1C.
Professional certifications, such as CIPS, are desirable.
Language proficiency: Azerbaijani – native; English – intermediate (B1–B2); Russian is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
