Support strategy development cycles, monitor and track the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to initiative parameters.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Support in the assessment of strategic investment initiatives across the company/group, monitor and review investment performance.
Consolidate and prepare reports on strategic initiatives and business performance for Management Board and board-level discussions.
Assist in establishing investment and strategy governance frameworks, policies, standards and performance tracking mechanisms.
Support development and maintenance of company KPI dashboards
Work closely Management Board, Central functions and Group companies to ensure consistency in strategic execution and compliance with organizational priorities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Investments, or related fields; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
2-3 years of experience in corporate and business strategy, management consulting, investment or similar roles within a corporate environment.
Understanding of business performance metrics, strategic alignment principles and project management.
Proven ability to work with financial information and management reports, track record in business evaluation and strategy oversight.
Familiarity with regional and international investment landscapes.
Skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and report preparation.
Fluent Azerbaijani language skills and Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency.
