- Participation in the process of continuously identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential risks across all areas of the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, reputational, and compliance risks.
- Utilize various risk assessment methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, excel dashboards, scenario planning, key risk indicators) to assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register, prioritizing risks based on their severity and likelihood.
- Prepare regular risk reports for management.
- Conduct training programs for employees on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Regularly review and update the risk management framework to ensure its effectiveness.
- Demonstrate an understanding of key considerations such as Economic and Geopolitical Risks, Natural Disasters, Regulatory Compliance, and agricultural-related risk factors.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in risk management within the agriculture sector.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani,English languages is an advantage.
