Participation in the process of continuously identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential risks across all areas of the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, reputational, and compliance risks.
Utilize various risk assessment methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, excel dashboards, scenario planning, key risk indicators) to assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register, prioritizing risks based on their severity and likelihood.
Prepare regular risk reports for management.
Conduct training programs for employees on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Regularly review and update the risk management framework to ensure its effectiveness.
Demonstrate an understanding of key considerations such as Economic and Geopolitical Risks, Natural Disasters, Regulatory Compliance, and agricultural-related risk factors.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in risk management within the agriculture sector.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Knowledge of Azerbaijani,English languages is an advantage.
