Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead our efforts in refining and optimizing our business strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics processes, a track record of leading complex projects, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex logistics operations, identifying inefficiencies and developing strategic solutions for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a key liaison between business units and IT departments to ensure alignment of logistics strategies with business objectives.
• Design and oversee the implementation of advanced analytics, process re-engineering, and optimization projects for supply chain and logistics operations.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic planning.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role with a focus on logistics or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in using advanced data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
