Marketing assistant

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for both the school and the restaurant

Assist in creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the website

Coordinate promotional events, open days, and seasonal restaurant campaigns

Help maintain and grow our online presence through consistent branding and storytelling

Collect and analyze feedback and campaign data to improve engagement and reach

Liaise with internal departments (chefs, instructors, management) to gather content and share key updates

• Native Azerbaijani speaker
• High-level proficiency in Russian (spoken and written)
• Strong professional command of English
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, content creation, and campaign coordination
• Organized, creative, and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Experience with social media management and analytics
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite)
