We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams. This role involves developing strategic plans to boost sales, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. 

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and meet revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market presence.

Oversee and guide the sales team to optimize performance and ensure goal achievement.

Maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make informed strategic adjustments.

Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.

Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

 

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:

Lead marketing efforts to enhance brand positioning and attract potential students.

Use data-driven insights to develop effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure a strong return on investment.

Work with the creative team to produce targeted promotional materials and content.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support company's objectives, including student recruitment, course promotion, and event attendance.

Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to align marketing goals with organizational priorities.

 Create engaging content that highlights company's offerings, including student success stories, chef collaborations, and unique program features.

Enhance and maintain company's brand identity through consistent messaging across all platforms.

Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.

Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

Develop partnerships with culinary influencers, media outlets, and local organizations to promote company.

 Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

 Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure ROI and refine strategies.

Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports to the General Manager.

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

 

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Establish a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and efficiency.

Performance Metrics & Expectations:

  • Achievement of student enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaigns in increasing brand awareness.
  • Growth in industry partnerships and market expansion efforts.
  • Team development and overall department performance.

 

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing marketing campaigns
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (written and spoken).
  • Good command of English (business-level proficiency required).
