ERP Specialist

Aviation Services Group is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented ERP Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in ERP platforms and a good understanding of business processes across departments. This role involves working closely with end-users to ensure smooth daily operations, resolve system-related issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to analyze requirements and recommend solutions;
• Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues reported by users;
• Deliver user support via email, phone, and in-person interaction;
• Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation;
• Perform testing of system updates and new functionalities;
• Support creation of operational and management reports using SQL or built-in ERP tools.

Working Conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).
• The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
• Free parking for ones who uses personal cars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of SQL is preferred;
• Hands-on experience with any ERP system (1–3 years minimum);
• English is required; Russian is a plus.
