Flutter Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cross-platform enterprise application using Flutter and Dart.
• Deliver web, Android, and iOS interfaces from a shared Flutter codebase.
• Implement employee time tracking, managerial approvals, dashboards, reporting screens, and administrative workflows.
• Integrate the application with backend REST APIs.
• Implement corporate authentication using OIDC and PKCE.
• Integrate push notifications and manage mobile application lifecycle requirements.
• Handle API errors, concurrent updates, version conflicts, and application state.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Implement multilingual interfaces supporting Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Prepare Android and iOS builds for enterprise distribution and app store publication.
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, generate tests, refactor code, and investigate defects.
• Collaborate with backend and QA engineers to ensure consistent behavior across platforms.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, including practical Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience delivering applications for Android and iOS, with Flutter Web experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET, including object-oriented programming and API development concepts.
• Practical ability to develop and maintain Python code using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern neural-network-based coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Ability to validate, debug, and refine AI-generated code rather than relying on unverified output.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, state management, and asynchronous operations.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
• Understanding of responsive UI design, localization, and mobile platform constraints.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Flutter Web and production applications sharing code between web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, PKCE, and Keycloak.
• Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS signing, provisioning, and release processes.
• Experience developing enterprise applications with complex forms, approval workflows, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Python/FastAPI backend development.
• Experience with integration and widget testing in Flutter.

Practical Evaluation

Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate Flutter development skills and practical AI-assisted programming capabilities, including the ability to produce, understand, and debug Python code with neural coding assistants.
