Data Analytics Specialist

Receiving daily and weekly reports submitted by medical representatives.

Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of the entered data.

Communicating with medical representatives regarding incomplete or incorrect data.

Regularly updating and archiving the database.

Preparing weekly sales and activity reports.

Providing detailed analyses by region and product for Product Managers (PMs) and Regional Managers.

Preparing visual dashboards and presentation materials for management.

Presenting KPI results with comparative analysis against previous periods.

Preparing additional analyses and reports based on management requests.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field

At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage

Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights in a clear and structured way

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and reporting

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to communicate effectively with medical representatives, product managers, and regional managers

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is considered an advantage
