The IT Repair and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network equipment to ensure continuous and efficient IT operations within the organization;
Perform basic cable management and patching;
Assist in maintaining network equipment (switches, routers);
Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment;
Install and configure new computer systems and peripherals.
