Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring that it aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and implement the PMO strategy, frameworks, and best practices to optimize project delivery.

Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure that projects are on track and are being managed effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management processes are integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.

Tələblər

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
Professional certifications: PMP is a must. PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) highly advantageous.
5 years in a PMO, with experience in project governance, portfolio management and resource management.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align PMO activities with organizational objectives.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.
Expertise in project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
