  • 5 years in a PMO, with experience in project governance, portfolio management and resource management.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align PMO activities with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
