Product specialist

Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate closely with the product owner to understand the product roadmap, features, and changes in product requirements;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to contribute to the development and enhancement of digital products;
• Identify and remediate risks, dependencies, and blockers;
• Control ongoing support and facilitate the process of troubleshooting the issues as they arise;
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that digital products meet established standards and are free of defects;
• Conducting reports, analytics, monitoring the fulfillment of product goals (KPİs) based on the given data;
• Experience usage of task management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Trello programs;



Requirements:

• 1 year experience in an IT field, or equivalent relevant work experience;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment;
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point;
• Working with BI (business intelligence) tools is a plus;
• Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani, strong English knowledge;
• Demonstrates understanding of Agile principles;
• Strong analytical mind and advanced problem-solving skills;
• Experience usage of task management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Trello programs;
