Your mission:
- Create and keep improving fair, competitive pay structures, things like salary ranges, clear job levels, and regular checks against the market.
- Conduct pay equity analyses and offer actionable insights to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness.
- Manage all phases of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and equity grants.
- Oversee employee benefits programs across different markets, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with external vendors on benefits administration, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- Create scenario models to evaluate the financial and operational impact of proposed changes to pay or benefits, such as salary adjustments or bonus allocations.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation for all compensation and benefits processes to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Deliver predictive analytics to guide decisions on budget forecasts, workforce planning, and the effects of inflation.
- Draft, update, and implement compensation and benefits policies in accordance with labor laws and internal governance.
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and relevant external regulations.
- Deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics to HR and business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the design and rollout of recognition and incentive programs that reflect the company’s culture and values.
