Your mission:

• Design and implement compensation packages aligned with business goals, strategy and organizational culture.
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks and ensure competitiveness.
• Develop and review job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications.
• Prepare reports, conduct audits, and present findings to management.
• Ensure all compensation practices comply with labor laws and regulations. 

What we expect from you

• Prior experience in finance and analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional working knowledge of English.
