Role & Responsibilities:

·         Analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the effective utilization of SAP functionalities.

·         Assisting in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet end-users needs.

·         Work closely with end-users to gather and analyze business requirements.

·         Translate business needs into SAP system configurations and functionalities.

·         Provide recommendations for process improvements based on SAP capabilities.

·         Conduct unit testing and support integration testing of SAP modules.

·         Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.

·         Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP functionalities.

·         Document configuration changes, custom developments, and best practices.

·         Provide ongoing support for SAP FI and FM modules.

·         Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and service requests promptly.

·         Communicate with the support team to develop solutions aligned with best practices.

·         Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress.

·         Check and optimize user’s roles, access risk assessment, and authorization.

·         Conduct performance audits and system reviews.

·         Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.

·         Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends.


Tələblər

Essential Requirements:

·         Higher technical or financial education (in economics, computer science, information systems, etc).

·         1-5 years of work experience in SAP system.

·         Good knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and FM modules.

·         Knowledge of Azeri and English (technical level is mandatory); Russian is an advantage.

·         ACCA FA (F3) is mandatory, FR (F7) is advantage.

·         CFA level 1 and CFI FMVA are an advantage.

·         Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

·         Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Contractors, Suppliers, Outside agencies, Co‐

workers, Business partners, Project teams, and Stakeholders.

·         Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to complete tasks independently.

·         Ability to work in a team.

·         Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

·         Stress tolerance.
