Conducting legal research on the queries given by the management of the Legal department;
Assisting with the preparation of the legal updates;
Assisting with the corporate registration and de-registration, registration of any changes to constituent and registration documents and so on;
Dealing with migration issues, assisting with the obtaining work permits and temporary residence permits;
Correspondence with the state authorities in the course of legal research;
Drafting agreements, contracts, memorandum, letters and other documents of legal nature;
Supporting Legal team on a day-to-day workflow.

Higher education in law
At least 1 year of proven working experience as a lawyer, working experience in consulting firm is desirable
Good knowledge of civil, labor and migration legislation
Knowledge of fluent Azerbaijani and English (at least intermediate level), Russian will be an asset
