- Gathering and analyzing the necessary information for the preparation of the company's financial statements and calculation of financial indicators of its activities.
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial analysis data, explaining deviations from normative and budgetary indicators, and regularly informing company management about significant variances.
- Preparing the company’s business plan (operational plan, budget) based on a complete analysis of the company’s forecast indicators.
- Monitoring the company's actual revenues and identifying the reasons for major variances.
- Analyzing the company's operating costs and exploring ways to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring the company's purchasing risks and maintaining them at an optimal level.
- Participating in the preparation of financial statements (P&L, BS, cash flow).
- Comparing budgeted and actual expenses.
- Preparing required management reports.
- Participating in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Reviewing accounting operations and ensuring proper recognition.
- Analyzing financial and economic transactions.
Tələblər
- Higher education (Accounting, Finance, Economics).
- Certifications in the finance field are a preferred advantage.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a senior/lead financial specialist position.
- Proficient in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze financial situations and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, results-oriented, and presentation skills.
