Role Purpose
To provide analytical, research, and monitoring support for strategic initiatives, investment assessments, and preparation of management reports. The role ensures timely and accurate data collection, reporting, and coordination across departments to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Support
- Assist in tracking the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Collect information from relevant departments and update initiative trackers.
- Prepare draft reports and progress summaries for management.
Data Collection & Research
- Gather internal and external data on costs, markets, and KPIs.
- Conduct benchmarking and basic industry research.
Analytical Support
- Assist in preparing feasibility assessments.
- Support the development of financial and operational models, comparisons, and summary reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to collect cost and technical data when required.
Coordination
- Collect required information from various departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on pending items.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare draft weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain structured archives and assist with formatting reports.
