Middle Specialist, Budgeting and Management Reporting Division

We are looking for a talented Middle Specialist to join the Budgeting and Management Reporting Division within our newly established FP&A Department. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial reports. Your analytical insights will help drive operational efficiency and financial decision-making. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional departments, you will support financial planning and reporting processes while helping to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the annual budget and rolling forecasts;
• Conduct basic scenario analysis to help adapt to changing business conditions;
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data in budgeting processes.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports and dashboards;
• Perform variance analysis, identifying key deviations from budget;
• Assist in gathering financial data and providing insights for management decisions.
• Assist in long-term financial planning and analysis;
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for various business scenarios;
• Help evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects and business initiatives.

• 1+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field;
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
• Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills; experience with financial reporting tools is a plus;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts;
• Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher); Russian is a plus.
