Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs assessments with managers and HRBPs, analyze capability gaps, and develop the annual training plan aligned to business strategy;
- Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs to build managerial capability and future pipelines;
- Develop and operationalize the career architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational capability needs;
- Implement and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), linking them to career growth, talent development, and succession planning;
- Lead LMS implementation and governance, ensuring integration with e-learning solutions, expanding access, and driving adoption;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to co-create scalable and engaging learning content;
- Design and deploy structured learning journeys for new employee onboarding to accelerate role readiness and cultural integration;
- Manage external vendors, contracts, and budgets to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery;
- Use analytics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
