Account Manager is responsible for maintaining oversight of all commercial and contractual obligations between Esyasoft, its vendors, and the customer. The role focuses on tracking contractual deliverables, monitoring vendor performance against SLAs, supporting change requests (CRs), validating invoicing readiness, and highlighting delays or non-compliances. This position ensures structured contract governance across all workstreams while working closely with the Planning Manager.

  • Maintain a master register of all contracts, addendums, deliverables, and obligations for internal teams and vendors.
  • Track contract milestone dates, deadlines, dependencies, and action items and notify stakeholders proactively.
  • Support preparation and review of Change Requests (CRs), impact assessments, cost implications, and scope clarifications.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to validate whether contractual deliverables meet defined scope.
  • Maintain alignment between planning schedules and contractual commitments.
  • Verify vendor invoice readiness based on contractual milestones, material delivery, approvals, and completion certificates.
  • Track retention, warranty periods, penalty clauses, and commercial conditions.
  • Highlight risks related to delayed invoices, missing supporting documents, or unmet contractual conditions.
  • Support documentation required for claims, extensions of time, and commercial clarifications.
  • Track vendor performance KPIs including delivery timelines, quality compliance, testing readiness, and documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain a Vendor SLA/Performance Register, documenting delays, non-compliances, and escalations.
  • Notify the Planning Manager of risks that may impact overall project timelines or installation readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement to confirm whether vendors are fulfilling technical and commercial obligations.
  • Support vendor review meetings by summarizing performance highlights, risks, and pending obligations.
  • Maintain organized digital records of contracts, vendor obligations, commercial notes, CRs, and approvals.
  • Support preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Planning Manager and PMO.
  • Ensure all internal teams have visibility on relevant contractual obligations that impact planning, installation, or vendor readiness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, PMO support, or commercial coordination.
  • Experience in utilities, smart grid, telecom, EPC, or IT system integration projects preferred.
  • Good understanding of contract structures, SLAs, change management, invoicing cycles, and vendor governance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel tracking sheets, and basic dashboard tools (Power BI is an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (written and verbal) Russian language is a plus
