Project Manager – Workforce Management (WFM)

Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end deployment of the Workforce Management (WFM) / Manage Field Services (MFS) solution for the Gas Smart Grid Project in Azerbaijan. Serving as the primary point of contact for Esyasoft, this role ensures seamless coordination among internal teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors to drive timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead the full lifecycle of the WFM/MFS implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.

·      Serve as the single point of contact for all WFM-related activities.

·      Oversee system configuration, integration with other systems, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

·      Coordinate with third-party implementation partners to ensure timely issue resolution.

·      Work closely with the customer, Esyasoft technical teams, and vendors to maintain alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.

·      Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables with a strong focus on quality and deadlines.

·      Develop a clear understanding of core MFS operational use cases (e.g., field inspections, customer service activities, network and meter management, emergency response, technical services) to ensure that WFM modules reflect real operational workflows.

·      Collaborate with Esyasoft’s product and development teams to validate requirements and plan enhancements for a unified and scalable field operations platform.

·      Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress and performance reports.

·      Ensure compliance with Esyasoft’s standards, processes, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

·      Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in WFM/MFS or software deployment projects.

·      Experience in utility or smart grid projects is preferred.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Zoho, Jira).

·      Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams effectively.

·      Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
