RMS Analyst (Gas Utility Operations)

Execute and oversee end-to-end billing operations for gas utility customers.

Validate meter reading data (manual and AMR/AMI) and resolve anomalies.

Monitor billing accuracy, coverage, leakage, arrears, and revenue recovery.

Process billing adjustments, refunds, and correction entries.

Operate and maintain billing systems; prepare reports and dashboards.

Support compliance with regulatory norms and internal/external audits.

Collaborate with customer service teams to address billing queries and escalations.

Provide analytical insights on consumption trends and revenue performance.

Contribute to data cleansing, mapping, and migration during system upgrades.

Participate in customer awareness initiatives on billing policies and practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years in utility billing operations (gas sector preferred). Experience in electricity, water, telecom billing, ERP billing modules, or financial revenue assurance may also be considered.

Proficiency in ERP/billing software, MS Excel; knowledge of CRM/GIS is a plus.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
