Site Engineer

Thisrole will supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of AMI gas meters and communication equipment in the assigned region, ensuring work is completed on time, safely, and to specification.

• Plan, monitor, and guide field teams for meter installation and commissioning.
• Verify work quality, compliance with technical standards, and safety practices.
• Oversee functional testing and integration with HES/MDMS.
• Troubleshoot installation and communication issues on-site.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customers for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate progress reports and resolve field challenges promptly.
• Ensure timely material availability and manage site inventory.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 3+ years’ field supervision experience, preferably in AMI, metering, or gas distribution.
• Strong technical knowledge of gas metering and communication technologies.
• Good leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and field reporting tools; safety-focused mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in Azerbaijani, good level of English (Russian is an advantage)
